If I meet with or develop a relationship with a seller, I will disclose upfront. 

I do not receive commissions from sellers

After our first Zoom conversation, there is no obligation to proceed.

I’ll take some time to reflect on what we’ve discussed and assess whether Bali — and the type of investment you’re considering — genuinely makes sense for you at this stage. I’ll then send you a short follow-up summary outlining:

  • My honest view on suitability

  • Any key risks or red flags to be aware of

  • Possible pathways forward, or reasons to pause

  • What the next stage would involve if you decide to continue

You’re encouraged to take time, ask questions, and consider this alongside any independent advice. If it feels right for both of us, we can then discuss working together in a more structured way. If not, you’ll leave the conversation clearer and better informed than before.
